Biography/Admin History: Built by A. & J. Inglis, Glasgow, Scotland in 1900, official number 113024,439 gross tons, steel ship, owned by the Government of Newfoundland and was one of the Alphabet Fleet. Sold in 1948, sank at Jersey Harbour, Fortune Bay, 18 November 1952.
