Biography/Admin History:	"Osa Ostend" was built in Belgium in 1976, 1,213 gross tons, IMO 7414717, tug / supply ship, owned by N.V. Scheldt Towage Co. S.A., Belgium in 1984-85. The old Newfoundland Hotel opened July 1, 1926, demolished 1983. The new Newfoundland Hotel opened April 28, 1983.
