Biography/Admin History: | "Maneco" - Built in Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia in 1931, 248 gross tons, wooden, official number 157095, registered at St. John's, Newfoundland in 1933 and owned by the Bell Island Steamship Co. Lim. at that time. Later renamed the "Terra Nova". Foundered on March 21, 1964 in position of Latitude 50.18 N. and Longitude 55.07 W. and was declared a total loss. |
